Principle	IFCC method is a kinetic UV assay measuring liver-specific enzyme activity in serum or plasma, optimized at to detect hepatobiliary diseases. It measures the rate of NADH consumption, proportional to ALAT activity, using LDH and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P5P) to enhance sensitivity.
