Shipping and
Delivery
All shipments
are handled through Scientific Supplies Trading Co.’s authorized shipping
partners.
Once the order
is confirmed and payment is received, the order will be processed within 1 to 3
business days and then handed over to the courier company.
A tracking
number will be sent to the customer via email or SMS once the order has been
shipped, allowing them to track its progress until delivery.
• Delivery usually takes 3 to 6
business days within Saudi Arabia, depending on the destination and courier
service.
• Some shipments may take up to 6 business days depending
on distance or courier demand.
• Shipping covers all regions and cities within the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight
and destination and are shown in the invoice before checkout.
• Customers may also collect their orders directly from
our office upon prior arrangement or choose to have them delivered through our
trusted couriers.
