Return & Exchange Policy

At Scientific Supplies LLC, we strive to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.

We offer a flexible return and exchange policy under the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

1. Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of receiving the order, provided that the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. The original invoice or order number must be presented for processing the return or exchange.

3. Medical, diagnostic, or perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, for health and safety reasons.

4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a company error or a verified manufacturing defect.

5. Products reported as defective will be inspected by our technical team or authorized distributor prior to approval.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Our team will review and confirm the request within 72 business hours and guide you through the process.

3. Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item, using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

3. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products that have been used, opened, or are missing their original packaging.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

• Requests made after the 7-day return/exchange period.

• Custom or special-order items that were imported or customized specifically for the customer.

4. General Notes

• If an incorrect or damaged product is delivered, the company will bear all shipping and return costs.

• The company is not responsible for damage caused after the customer receives the shipment.

• The company reserves the right to amend this policy at any time in accordance with Saudi Ministry of Commerce regulations.
